Our use of the trademark "Soho House" is strictly nominative. Under the principles established in cases such as New Kids on the Block v. News America Publishing, Inc., our usage meets the three-part test for nominative fair use:

1. Necessity: The product/service (the club network) cannot be readily identified without using its name. We cannot discuss "Soho House" without saying "Soho House."
